Dreams of May, a play in poetry by Sue Guiney, was CurvingRoad’s first production. It was performed at Pentameters Theatre in Hampstead, London on September 12th 2006 for a two week run. This is a one woman show, performed by Rosalind Cressy, that takes place on a train where the woman, while looking through her handbag at the objects of her life, remembers and fantasizes about her life and dreams. Through music and poetry spoken as dialogue, she finds the strength to resolve those difficult issues that so many women have to face at a certain age.
